Hot Waves

The bubbling at the surface of the lava lake in Halemaʻumaʻu Crater in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on the island of Hawai‘i, in Hawaii, was so violent that day, that waves of lava could be seen traveling the lake and crashing on the crater rim.
